Push a button to light the dial, making the numbers easy to read. The operation is straight forward, too. Select heating or cooling function, then turn the soft rubber twist dial right or left to set temperature. The mercury-free thermostat can be used on most 24-volt heating and cooling systems, including gas, oil, hot water and air conditioning systems.
