Learn more about American Olean:
by Deborah Holmes, Ebricks.com
Kendal Slate from American Olean looks for all the world like real stone. But the ceramic tile offers several advantages: its smooth surface is easy to clean, regular 12" squares make installation and replacement of damaged tiles easy, and ceramic tile doesn't flake or chip.

The multi-dimensional color and texture of slate is embedded in the tiles thanks to the magic of photo imaging.

The tile can be installed inside or outdoors, and comes in a variety of shapes and sizes from 18" x 18" field tiles to bullnose trim.
