by Deborah Holmes, Ebricks.com
Vintage styling meets modern technology in this handsome hot water dispenser from Insinkerator.

Filtered water comes out of the Indulge faucet at 200 degrees. The same faucet gives out cool water at the touch of a lever.

Shown here in "Vintage French gold," the faucet is available in two styles and 12 finishes.

Water held at near-boiling water in a stainless steel tank can be used for more than the occasional cup of hot chocolate. Use it to melt chocolate, get a jump start on boiling pasta water, remove candle wax or to make short work of greasy pots and pans.

The spout swivels to bring the hot or cold water to the task at hand. No worries about accidental burns – the hot lever automatically shuts off.

The dispenser is covered by a 5-year in-home service warranty.
