Is it a piece of sculpture or a kitchen faucet? Kohler's new "Karbon"
articulating faucet is a little of both.
With five pivoting joints, the faucet can be moved to any angle, orientation
or position inside or outside the sink 2" to 13" from the stem. The position
locks firmly into place until you move the faucet again.
Move it up, down, all
around, deep in the sink or up high to fill pots. An 18" clearance allows large
pots to be filled in the sink, or extend the faucet to the countertop to fill
containers.
An integral spray head provides a stream or shower at the touch of the
joystick water control. The joystick also controls water temperature. The single
level handle meets ADA standards for people with disabilities.
Carbon fibers and metal provide strength without weight, says Kohler. The
faucet is available in polished chrome and in deck or wall mount models.
When you're through with your kitchen tasks, go ahead and have a little fun.
Arrange the faucet in a sculpture like pose or fold it compactly out of the way.
