Even in the largest of houses, half-baths sometimes need to be squeezed into tiny spaces.
It would be hard to find a sleeker, more compact fixture than the Neo-Comby toilet/basin. The all-in-one fixture looks like the stainless steel marvels of efficiency found on trains and airplanes. In a space of just 34 square inches, this European-style set contains a full-height toilet, large D-shaped sink, storage cabinet, towel rack and toilet tissue holder.
The toilet can be centered or angled right or left, with a round or elongated seat. Standard bowl height is 15", but an ADA complaint 17" high bowl is also available.
Made of 16-gage stainless steel, the combination unit uses a 1/2" residential water supply line and standard waste line. The toilet and washbasin use separate potable water inlets. Lined with polyethylene, the toilet tank uses 1.6 gallons of water per flush.
If you're thinking that this might also be a low-priced solution, think again. The diminutive set carries a fairly hefty price tag of about $5,300 from online retailers ($1,000 less than the manufacturer's suggested price). That doesn't include the seat ($400) or the faucet set. Faucet configuration must be specified when ordering: Choose a single hole or three holes with an 8" center. The sink can be ordered with or without an overflow outlet.
Upgrades include a highly polished mirror finish, copper cladding, or a 17" high bowl.
