Learn more about Thermador:
by Deborah Holmes, Ebricks.com
The new Pro Harmony range from Thermador packs a powerhouse of features into a sleek 30" unit.

The professional-style range has features often found only on only larger ranges. Start with its dual fuel power: gas burners and an electric convection oven. Serious cooks prefer the rapid response of gas burners and the even heat of electric ovens.

The well-insulated oven stays cool to the touch and features a two-hour rapid clean cycle.

Two of the four sealed burners have an extra low setting (375 BTUs) for gentle simmering. The high heat burners can blast away at 15,000 BTUs.

Another plus for smaller kitchens -- the Pro Harmony 30" range flush mounts in a standard cabinet depth 24 inches. A nice safety feature is the automatic sensor that reignites the flame should the gas burner blow out.
